Phone Line
We offer a sophisticated PABX phone system designed to connect your organisation with its clients seamlessly.
Package includes:

IP Phone with internet connectivity and a direct dial phone number.

Free local calling and voicemail.

Customisable options for call management.
Your organisation can have its own direct dial number, or we can integrate your existing number into our system—ensuring you retain ownership while enjoying the savings and benefits. Calls can be forwarded permanently or temporarily to another number (mobile or landline) or sent to voicemail.
Voicemail: Staff can record custom messages for callers, and messages can be retrieved remotely or sent to a designated email for easy action.
Auto Attendant: Provide professional call management with options like, "Welcome to [Group Name], to speak to [Staff Member] press 1, to order resources press 2…" Calls can be directed to any landline, mobile, or voicemail, protecting personal phone numbers and adapting to your group’s evolving needs.
Photocopying and Print Services
As a member organisation, you have access to our fast and reliable photocopying and printing facilities. This includes full-colour and black-and-white printing, single or double-sided copies, stapling, and booklet-making. Rates vary based on quantity, and PIN access can be set up for self-service. Faxing and scanning are also available.
Members can also use shared print finishing equipment, including a binding machine, laminator, guillotines, and heavy-duty staplers.
